DA blames Pa. gaming board; deal is a win-win for DeNaples - Pocono Record

"When we filed the charges, we felt we had a strong case. But the linguistics analysis indicated that there might have been a lack of clarity in the questions asked by the Gaming Control Board. There was a question of the precision of the questions," he said.

DeNaples was charged with lying under oath during his licensing hearings.

According to the DA, there has to be a common understanding of the meaning of questions to prove perjury. A Penn State expert analyzed the language after the indictment was filed.

But the deal to drop charges against DeNaples and the Rev. Joseph Sica poses as many questions as it answers. Such as, Why was the district attorney willing to drop charges in exchange for relinquishing casino ownership — something DeNaples already publicly announced he wanted to do? Or, What difference the transfer of ownership would make, since DeNaples would still control the operation's purse strings?

Do Pennsylvania Coal Industry workers know OBAMA's plan to bankrupt the industry?

Listen to him whisper it:

There are those who actually think that Obama will give them free energy and pay their mortgages for them.
Those people are allowed to vote? We need an intelligence test at the polling place.
Those who think European style Socialism is good should check out what the cost of energy is in Europe.
Plus look at how few people actually own their own homes in Europe.
Check out the true facts of medical care under Socialized medicine.
Notice the lack of freedom to do such terrible things as driving off-road vehicles.
The only thing I see good about Europe's approach is they use a LOT of nuclear power, and a lot of coal. To the best of their ability, they shun imported oil. They are pursuing other energy sources with notable success, but don't shut down their current facilities PRIOR to the success of VIABLE alternatives.
Obama wouldn't even permit that. He wants to put everything that doesn't fit his view of utopia out of action immediately.
That includes free enterprise. If he doesn't control it, it's out of here.
