where can i get free information, templates and tips to start a small business in arizona?

we want to start a second hand business in arizona - we have plenty of inventory (inventory consist of some industrial tools, equipment, you name it and some of everything else - you name we may have it)but no clue what to do next - can anyone help me with this?

Try going to sba.gov and score.org. small business administration (sba) has lots of information available about starting a business. score.org has branch locations all over the country and the have counselors who help guide you through the process of starting a business for free.

I am a small business owner in Arizona and I am looking for an Angel or some grant money, does anyone know of?

I had an organization garantee that they could get me anywhere from $150K - $175K, but they want to charge me $6K for their services (taken out of the money they aquire for me). They write the letters to these investment groups and secure the grant money, but I am hoping to save the $6K and do it myself. Does anyone know where I would start or what website to visit? Thanks for your help!

I am starting a clothing line in Arizona. I am in the midst of trademarking the name. After that what do I do?? Help? What are the next steps I need to take.

The first thing I would look at is investment and capital requirements for the business.

You must have a business plan for the clothing business, very important this is done.

Your plan would be a start up plan as you are not an existing business, determine what is most important in your plan.
Form follows function, make the contents of your plan match your purpose and adjust the outline to match your plan.

You will need to have an investors summaries and loan application, when a plan is used to back up a loan application or explain an opportunity to potential investors, it may require a special summary document as well as the complete plan.
Many investors like to see a brief summary, and loan applications do not always require a complete plan.

Time frames, is three years enough? Your plan should project sales by month for the next 12 months, and annual sales for the following two years.
